In our continued support of Arab-American filmmakers, please save the date for the NYC release of the feature film THE TAQWACORES, directed by NAAP member Eyad Zahra.
Opening on October 22nd at the Village East Cinema, the Taqwacores is a collision of culture, tradition and punk rock - a powerful story of being young and Muslim in modern-day America.
THE TAQWACORES stars Starring Bobby Naderi, Noureen Dewulf and Dominic Rains. Muhammed Knight co-wrote the screenplay with director/co-writer Eyad Zahra and both will be present at the opening for Q&A!
