NAAP-NY 2004 Planning Brainstorming Sessions
In order to build on the momentum of 2003, some of the NAAP-NY Committees will
hold ‘brainstorm’ sessions over the next few weeks to generate ideas for
projects which NAAP-NY should pursue in 2004. Last year's ‘brainstorm’ sessions
proved to be a very effective and productive way to start the year, and with
your participation, this year will be even better!
All members of NAAP-NY are encouraged to come to these sessions. This is an
opportunity for you to introduce ideas that are dear to you, and develop
initiatives from start to finish with the support of NAAP-NY.
Below is the schedule of brainstorming meetings. Mark your calendars!
- Wednesday, January 14th: Social/Cultural Committee Brainstorm
- Tuesday, January 20th: Political Action Committee Brainstorm
- Monday, January 26th: Alumni Relations Committee Brainstorm
- Tuesday, February 3rd: Professional Development Committee Brainstorm
- Wednesday, February 4th: Community Service Committee Brainstorm
- Wednesday, February 11th: General Meeting to Review Brainstorm Results
All sessions start @ 7pm and will be held at Casablanca Café. 231 E. 53rd St.
(b/t 2nd & 3rd Ave), Lower Level.
If you cannot attend the brainstorming sessions and would like to give input or
project suggestions, please send an email to naap_ny@naaponline.org outlining
your ideas and we will be sure to include them in the discussion.
