WHAT: The Light The Night Walk
a nighttime 2-3 mile fundraising non-competitive walk to be held nationwide
to raise $20 million to support the mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society
WHEN: Thursday October 9th, 2003
registration begins at 5:30pm and the walk begins at 7pm
WHERE: Downtown Manhattan - St. Andrew's Plaza / Across the Brooklyn Bridge
Registration Area: St. Andrew's Plaza behind Municipal building, 1 Centre

An easy way to make a difference! The Light The Night Walk is the Leukemia
& Lymphoma Society's nationwide evening walk to raise awareness of blood
cancers and funds for cures. Participants carry illuminated balloons to
celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Funds raised support
the Society's mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and
myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
***76 cents of EVERY dollar raised goes directly towards patient services,
education and research.***
Your participation helps save lives. Anyone can take part. This is a casual
walk with no fitness requirements.

with hope.

accept" to the terms & conditions of the event.
6. Check information entered. You will then receive a confirmation
and your registration is complete.
