3rd Annual Community Service Day, 6/2!
Hello NAAP-NY,
We need YOUR time and energy on June 2, as we join 14 other cities around the country to participate in the 3rd Annual National Arab-American Service Day. The day always proves to be memorable and rewarding and we hope you can join us this year!
This year's projects include:
Sunset Park Clean up 44th and 6th Avenue, Brooklyn (1:00pm-3:00pm)
Crossroads Food Pantry (Times Square, NYC) (8:30am-12pm)
Blood Drive at the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge (6807 5th Avenue, Brooklyn) (1:30-5:30 pm)
St. Nicholas Home (Bay Ridge, Brooklyn)
Ronald McDonald House (Upper East Side, Manhattan) (5:00pm-8:00pm)

For the third consecutive year, NAAP-NY will work in conjunction with the Arab-American Association of NY on various projects throughout NYC. Last year, the projects included volunteering at a food pantry in Times Square, a park clean-up in Sunset Park, a blood drive in Bay Ridge, arts & crafts at St. Vincent's Hospital in Staten Island, visiting seniors at St. Nicholas Adult Home and cooking for families at the Ronald McDonald House.
Given last year's tremendous success, we set high expectations for 2007! And we hope to achieve and exceed them with the support of our dedicated volunteers, which will hopefully include you!
