Thank
you very much for attending NAAP's Second
Annual Conference in Boston. We had an overwhelming
turnout of over 300 attendees from 26 states,
with each and every current NAAP chapter
well represented. People came from as far
away as California, Florida, and Minnesota!
The
Hyatt Hotel's location on the Boston harbor
and the beautiful sunny weather provided
the perfect backdrop for networking and
relaxation. It was a great opportunity to
meet new, like-minded people and to catch
up with old friends, while mobilizing our
community for the upcoming elections.
We
were fortunate to be joined at the conference
by prominent members of our diverse community
and the wider American community, and received
warm congratulatory remarks from actor Tony
Shalhoub and many others. We were also proud
to present several NAAP members as panelists
- a testament to our strong belief that
our members are truly the leaders of tomorrow.
This
year's conference has set the bar high.
However, there is always room for improvement
and we have received helpful feedback that
we plan to incorporate in our plans for
next year (if you didn't get a chance to
fill out a conference feedback survey form,
you may do so online: Zoomerang Conference
Survey). We hope to see even more of you
in 2005 for a bigger, better NAAP 3rd Annual
National Conference!
From the host
chapter of Boston, we would especially like
to send thanks to each and every conference
attendee for being our guest. It was an
honor to host you, and we sincerely hope
that you enjoyed the conference and our
beautiful city.
Thank you,
