With November elections around the corner, our goal is to organize a visible community effort that let's political leaders know that we're serious about our civic participation and that our interests need to be recognized. Help our community be heard by volunteering your time to register voters. The process is easy and we'll provide you with the necessary forms and training.

Why should you Register?
The general elections are coming up in November. Registering to vote is the first and most important step for putting the Arab-American community on the national political map. Our goal is to organize a visible community effort that lets political leaders know that Arab-Americans are serious about their civic participation and that their interests need to be recognized. By empowering our community, we have a chance to give back to the community abroad by influencing policies that affect our people. Register today!

Tell your family and friends! The voter registration form takes 2 minutes to fill out and you will receive your voter card in the mail a few weeks later. Once you are registered, you are eligible to vote in any upcoming elections for life. Help make a positive change for our future!

Who Can Register?
To register in New York OR New Jersey, you must be: - a US citizen
- at least 18 years old on or before the next election.
- residing at your present address for at least 30 days.

Deadlines

Last day to register for the General Elections on November 5th:
- New York: October 10, 2003
- New Jersey: October 6, 2003
