Hello NAAP-NY,

It’s time to register and start raising money for the 2010 MS Walk!

The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Walk is a walk to raise money for the fight against a disease of the central nervous system. Every person that participates raises money in order to continue research into the cause and cure of this disease. The walk will take place on Sunday, April 18, 2010 in Manhattan.

For the sixth year, NAAP-NY will be walking under Team HASSOUB and Tania G. Chalhoub will be the NAAP-NY Team Captain. The name 'Hassoub' comes from Hasib, Tania's father's name. He is her inspiration and the reason she started walking in the fight against MS.

In the past 5 years, our teams have consisted of 20-40 people each walk and collectively we raised close to $40,000!

Hopefully this year will be even bigger and better than last!

Directions to Join Team HASSOUB:

1. Go to: http://walknyn.nationalmssociety.org/site/PageServer?pagename=WLK_NYN_homepage
2. Click on “Register” and choose the “Manhattan” location
3. Click on “Join a Team” and enter “HASSOUB” and click “Search for Team”
4. Click on “Join” when Team HASSOUB appears
5. Fill out the required fields in the registration form
6. Agree to Waiver/Agreement
7. Click on “Complete Registration”
8. You can then “Go to Your Participant Center to update your Personal Page.”
