It's time to register and start raising money for the 2008 MS Walk!
Hello NAAP-NY,
The MS Walk is a walk to raise money for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis, a disease of the central nervous system. Every person that participates raises money in order to support the research for the cause and cure of this disease. This year, the walk will take place on Sunday, April 13, 2008 in Manhattan.
For the fourth year, NAAP-NY will be walking under Team HASSOUB and Tania Ghanem will be the NAAP-NY Team Captain. The name 'Hassoub' comes from Hasib, Tania's father's name. He is her inspiration and the reason she started walking in the fight against MS.
Each of the past 3 years, the NAAP-NY team has consisted of 20-40 people and collectively we have raised nearly $20,000! With your support, we hope to make an even larger contribution!
