Organization

NAAP is committed to a non-hierarchal, bottom-up governing principle in order to fully leverage the combined resources of all members and to equally share ownership of our collective efforts and achievements. Uniquely, this is an organization led by the members.

NAAP-LA functions through various committees to develop and execute programs and initiatives, each of which is tasked with specific and well-defined objectives that are in agreement with NAAP's overall mission statement.

Any member of NAAP-LA is welcome to join one or more Committees. Each Committee has a volunteer facilitator. The facilitator is responsible for ensuring that the Committee remains active and keep other committees and all members informed of their planned activities.

NAAP is a 100% volunteer based organization, so your energy and passion is needed to maintain the level of events and initiatives NAAP-LA undertakes.
