This is the chance of a
lifetime to direct your short film (less than 30 minutes) that you dream about
every night. We are currently accepting screenplays as part of a national competition
to help support aspiring Arab-American Filmmakers to direct and produce their
film onsite in Hollywood with the generous support of Tony Shalhoub and the
Network of Arab American Professionals (NAAP).
What’s in it for me?
In order to raise the Arab-American
community’s awareness on just how important it is to diversify in the film industry,
NAAP will help the recipient of this award by raising money from the community.
Every dollar that we raise will be matched in production services (filming,
lighting, editing and production) by Tony Shalhoub.
