Creating a naap marketing document that can be posted up around café's, restaurants, on campuses, offices etc to begin to market our group to a larger population.  Elaine has been tasked with working with the Branding Committee to create this document before the next monthly meeting so that it can be taken back and distributed before the next event (shisha night). 

Getting a clear idea of our membership as it stands.  Remind all members that wish to be active/are active to register online and fill out the membership form.  We'd like to understand better what strengths/resources are available in our immediate population and begin to utilize those resources. 

Creating a business directory of Arab American Business in Baltimore.  Be it dentists, doctors, financial services, restaurants, grocery stores etc etc.  We'd like to create an easily accessible database for ppl relocating to the area and for those living here and unaware of the arab business network that is already in place. 

Tasks:

• Decide on a way to submit and organize the information, and then present it.  With an emphasis on future incorporation into the NAAP Baltimore website.  (Discuss at the next meeting)
• Encourage members to submit information about their own line of work, or those they come across. 
• Establish relationships with businesses to encourage future support of our activities and offer (free?) advertisement within this Directory.
