Nearly 150,000 people in San Francisco live with the threat of hunger.
The San Francisco Food Bank exists to provide hope. The bank depends
on volunteers, food donors and financial supporters. NAAP Bay Area
joined in Saturday July 23rd to provide support for food inventory and
re-packaging. Four great volunteers showed up to this event which
lasted 3 hours. after work we went and chilled at LIMON a peruvian
restaurant in the mission area. It was a great time and we will be doing
this again, but hopefully with more people. As it turns out, more volunteers
get bigger projects and are more efffective in helping the food bank.
Many thanks again to all who contributed.
